Please reply to Ashley or find someone who knows the answer. Thank you very much for helping us study the uses of Essential Oils – I for one hate Doctors with a vengeance… I now have permanent kidney disease from a careless doctor who ‘thought’ he knew what he was doing and he accidentally/essentially overdosed me – “I was on life supports (thanks to his medical knowledge and the drug pusher he was) for 7 days!” I’d be dead if my brother hadn’t found me on the floor. My Dr. now says he was getting kickbacks from the Food and Drug Admin. So don’t trust the system or the drugs anymore.

I’m sorry I didn’t answer them sooner, Carol. I work full time and part time, so I usually only have time for this on the weekends. For the citrus, you use the peels. Try to get as much of the pith off as you can. The water will soak into it making the oil extraction harder to do. The left over water can be used like a hydrosol, just be sure to use it in a few days, or you can use it in place of the water when making soap. You could also use it to water plants. I use mine in the garden or compost it a lot.

With neuroprotective effects and cognitive performance boosting abilities, essential oil benefits have helped many people who are suffering from neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. Their unique design allows them to couple together to create an almost seamless storage solution. Simply Shelf is ideal for storing oils in small/large drawers (fits most industry standard drawers), on tabletops, nightstands, kitchen surfaces, even narrow spaces like window-sills or small shelves. No matter the size of your oil collection, these essential oil display shelves will keep your aromatherapy oils conveniently stored and organized for everyday use.

Simple smells such as lavender, chamomile, and rosewater may help keep you calm. You can breathe in or rub diluted versions of these oils on your skin. Scientists think they work by sending chemical messages to parts of the brain that affect mood and emotion. Although these scents alone won’t take all your stress away, the aroma may help you relax.
